To the most valiant companion – Teddy Bear Gane

Born on the 8th of November 1999, and being found in a pet store 6 weeks later by an excited little girl who was on her way to find her first puppy. There was an immediate connection between Ted and the young girl, crying for a friend and only asking to be loved was a common trait between the pair.

Coming home that day wrapped up in dads leather jacket the tiny bundle of orange fluff was the centre of attention of the little girl curiousity for many years to come. I will always remember that day…

On the evening of the 22nd of May 2012 the valiant Ted lay down his weary head one last time. He knew it was time to go, he knew he was very much loved and will be very much missed. He had many names,

* Edward
* Threadbear
* Theodore
* Red dog
* Butts
* Super Ted
* Smelly Belly
* Baby boy
* Beautiful boy
* Budda Ball
* Bear

Ted taught my family many things which we will cherrish in his honour, because no one could have asked for a better dog.

Rest in Peace my beautiful baby boy, I know you are still with us in spirit and I can feel your  presence walking with me where ever I have gone today. I only wish I could hold you one last time and tell you how much I love you.
